Really impressed with the whole customer service experience from placing the order all the way through delivery. Top notch materials and easy install (upper bolts).
Shipping was quick. Install went easier than expected; maybe 1/2 hour total?(air box was already off to check valve clearance and replace brake light switch).
Haven’t installed yet
Seriously impressed with the aftermarket part, I will say I’m more upset that this hasn’t been corrected from the factory especially knowing that 690’s have this issue. When the bolts broke on my 17’ I was going around a corner and damn near lost control of my bike. Bad move KTM, poor design. Good move Perun, for have the fix. The subframe is firm and doesn’t move around. Thank you
I won't say this was easy to install, but it wasn't the most difficult thing I've attempted either and things went very well. I think it took about two hours. I don't think I'll ever know if the kit actually prevents the failures I've read about, but I do have some peace of mind with it installed over the stock hardware.
