Flat Rate Shipping
We value our customers and offer a $10 flat-rate ground shipping* option for orders over $149 to the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). *This applies to pre-tax order values and excludes shipping protection.
This policy applies to the vast majority of our products. Bulky items, such as large body parts (e.g., fenders), may incur additional shipping charges. In such cases, we’ll work with you to minimize costs.
To provide this flat-rate service, we ship via USPS and UPS. If you have specific needs (e.g., shipping to a PO Box via USPS), please contact us after placing your order.

We offer a range of economy shipping options based on package weight and dimensions:

Please note:
Partial Shipments
By default, we ship orders when all items are available. Partial shipments can be arranged upon request; however, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping to Hotels
We can ship to hotels with a valid address and specified recipient. Please coordinate with the hotel to ensure package receipt. We are not responsible for delays or deliveries outside your stay period.
Tracking Numbers
An email confirmation will be sent upon shipment. Track your order online or via your KTM Twins account.
Package Protection
Effective December 2024, Route Shipping Protection is now available on all orders. Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what.
You can also utilize the Route App to visually track all of your online orders in one place and easily file a claim with their team. Whether you’re tracking via the Route App or online, Route’s real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. Haven’t downloaded the app yet? For items on backorder or preorder, you will receive email updates. You may cancel these items at any time. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
Declined Payments
If international shipping charges are declined, you’ll have 30 days to provide updated payment information before the order is canceled.
Fraud Prevention
To ensure secure transactions, KTM Twins utilizes a fraud prevention service. Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled and refunded. Please contact us if you believe your order was flagged incorrectly.
KTM Twins now offers 24/7 Package Access with UPS Access Point Locations. UPS Access Point offers you a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. UPS Access Point allows you to collect your order at a convenient time for you, from a nearby location, such as Sainsbury’s, Co-Op or the Post Office. KTM Twins ships to select countries worldwide. By placing an international order, you agree to the following terms:

Lost or Non-Deliverable Shipments
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or confiscated goods or abandoned shipments. Ensure your shipping information is correct to avoid issues.
