We value our customers and offer a $10 flat-rate ground shipping* option for orders over $149 to the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). *This applies to pre-tax order values and excludes shipping protection.
This policy applies to the vast majority of our products. Bulky items, such as large body parts (e.g., fenders), may incur additional shipping charges. In such cases, we’ll work with you to minimize costs.
To provide this flat-rate service, we ship via USPS and UPS. If you have specific needs (e.g., shipping to a PO Box via USPS), please contact us after placing your order.
We offer a range of economy shipping options based on package weight and dimensions:

Please note:
By default, we ship orders when all items are available. Partial shipments can be arranged upon request; however, additional shipping charges may apply.
We can ship to hotels with a valid address and specified recipient. Please coordinate with the hotel to ensure package receipt. We are not responsible for delays or deliveries outside your stay period.
An email confirmation will be sent upon shipment. Track your order online or via your KTM Twins account.
Effective October 2025, KTM Twins has partnered with Redo to provide customers with the option of Free Returns and Package Protection at checkout.
By selecting this option, your order is protected in the event it is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, and you’ll also receive the benefit of free return shipping if you need to send something back within 30 days of delivery.
If you choose not to purchase Redo’s Free Returns and Package Protection at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and KTM Twins will not be liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

For items on backorder or preorder, you will receive email updates. You may cancel these items at any time. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
If order charges are declined, you’ll have 48 hours to provide updated payment information before the order is canceled.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you no longer have access to this payment method, you will need to contact your bank or payment provider to claim the refunded funds after the refund has been processed.
For purchases made more than 120 days prior to the refund request, refunds will be issued as store credit only. This policy also applies to refunds for backordered and preordered parts.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed once approved. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
To ensure secure transactions, KTM Twins utilizes a fraud prevention service. Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled and refunded. Please contact us if you believe your order was flagged incorrectly.
KTM Twins now offers 24/7 Package Access with UPS Access Point Locations. UPS Access Point offers you a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. UPS Access Point allows you to collect your order at a convenient time for you, from a nearby location, such as Sainsbury’s, Co-Op or the Post Office.
