Order Status Questions:

As soon as orders are packaged and shipped, our system automatically sends an email with a tracking link. Please check your spam filter prior to calling to ensure the tracking email hasn't been flagged as spam! Tracking links sometimes take up to 24 hours to begin displaying accurate information.

In Stock or Out of Stock?: 
If you'd like to know more about a product that's listed as out of stock, feel free to shoot us an email. Due to the current events, we have seen supply shortages and have increased our stocking levels to help counter the amount of backorders that have been occurring recently. We will continue to update our customers with arrival dates for those of you who have items on backorder so that you are thoroughly informed.

Shipping Times:
Our goal is to ship in-stock orders within the next 1-2 business days. Many orders do require items to be specially ordered from KTM, which usually ship within 5-7 business days of the date they're placed unless the product listing specified otherwise. For more information, view our shipping policy.

PO Boxes and APO:
At this time, we are only able to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders?
Effective December 2024, Route Shipping Protection is now available on all orders. Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what.

International Customers:
KTM Twins ships to select countries worldwide. Effective November 2024, international orders can include duties and taxes, with payment in local currencies available.For more information, view our shipping policy.

Returns:
We realize that returns are inevitable. If you have ordered the wrong part, the wrong part was sent to you by mistake, or you'd like to exchange the product for an alternate size/style, you are able to return the part within 30 days of receiving your shipment. At this time, we only offer returns on US Domestic shipments (not including Puerto Rico) and we do not offer returns on international shipments.
