United StatesYou will want to watch YouTube video to help with installation. Even for $200 plus no instructions are included. Installation is not difficult. Product does work well unless temps are single digit or below zero wind chill. Then they can’t keep up. However riding in those temps is not the norm, we had no choice but to power through
United StatesGot these grips as a Christmas gift after asking for them. Once I found the accessory plug, the install was straight forward and easy as can be. I was one of the lucky ones that found the plug without removing the tank, luckily! I've ran Oxford's on other bikes and these work great as well. It's nice being able to control them through the display instead of adding a other piece of kit to the handle bars. Buy them! You will not be disappointed.
United StatesHeated Grips arrived wrapped in plastic inside 2 boxes. Link provided on paper included with grips took me to online instruction on proper installation. Followed said instructions and grips were installed within 45min. These grips are no joke. Started running them on Medium without gloves and had to turn them down to minimum within 20min as they get toasty.
CanadaIt was great. You do have to get the software unlocked from dealership before you can use the grips. Installation is super easy.
United StatesGave it a 4 Star because it does increase the seat height ~ 1 Inch, and I Do Not feel any more comfort versus stock seat, I get about the same seat time as the stock seat before my *** starts to hurt. I heated the Drivers seat only, It was plug and play with my bike though finding the connector was a challenge, it is under the plastic cover at the end of the tank near your crotch. If you touch the seat it does not feel that warm but if you sit on the seat you definitely feel plenty of warmth. I ordered the Heated Grips too, Love them, the connector also was tricky to find. Seat and Grips are controlled on the Console independently, with low medium and high, Turn them on via Preferences, then control the temp via My Ride, set them in Quick 1 and Quick 2 so you can access them quickly via the Up and Down Arrow Buttons
