By far one of the best and easiest to use cruise controls for your motorcycle. This little item can be used with hand guards and offers you hours of riding without the fatigue you usually experience on long rides.

The Kaoko™ Cruise Control is an aftermarket accessory. Any misunderstood, abused or incorrectly installed motorcycle accessory is a safety hazard that could cause injury or death. It’s the rider’s responsibility to understand the operation and purpose for which the Kaoko™ Cruise Control is designed, namely, for cruising, only when safe to do so. At all other times the control should be disengaged. The Kaoko™ Cruise Controls are to be used only by experienced and responsible riders.

    It's alright but...

Positives - it easy to install. It's so nice being able to remove your hand while cruising to rest it a moment, adjust a buckle, etc. Quick fix when bike is dropped. Negatives - there is a technique I'm still trying to perfect to engage/ disengage (not super easy to use). It requires a millimeter gap during installation thus reducing the rigidity of the hand guards, when you drop your bike on that side, you have to grab an Allen key in the field to loosen and readjust. Why on earth can't I get the cruise control from the 1290 super adventure? I don't even need true cruise control, an electronic throttle lock would be just fine. Electronic is much easier than a mechanical device, especially on a bike already prepped for electronic cruise control.

    Kaoko- Excellent

I was a little skeptical at first mounting this thing thinking to myself $140 for this crazy, but once you to get on the road and use it well worth the money!
