The mount was fine. However, it took so long to arrive that I had forgotten I even ordered it, and had actually ordered another from a different company. There are delays right now, I get it. However, where your company got it wrong was failing to communicate there would be a delay. Yes, I received your email when the mount finally arrived months after I ordered it, apologizing for the delay. I’ve had delays with equipment from other companies as well, but I will continue to use those companies because they were up front with me and communicated about the potential delay when I ordered it. I’m not likely to use your company again, there are just too many other choices from companies that are doing it better.
