I replaced all the rear wheel bearings (including sprocket carrier) on my KTM 990 Adventure Baja. After the first few rides, I kept finding the rear axle nut loose and I had to snug it back up in the field once as well. The bearings were then making noise, so I've just ordered a second set and had the dealership perform the bearing change. First ride including off-road...everything was fine. Second ride on the street only around town on Sunday morning and when I arrived home, the rear axle nut was loose again. What is going on with these bearings?! Is the supplied spacer sleeve too narrow? WTF?
