Here at KTM Twins, we've always found the best way to discover & vet the best products for our customers is by testing them on our personal bikes. One step beyond that is our bike builds, where we take stock KTM's and extensively modify them to showcase the very best products in our catalog. Thus far we've built the KTM Twins Ultimate 690 and Twins 1090 respectively, both high performing head-turning machines that we tested to the extreme. Our latest project though has the potential to outshine all our previous efforts...
Ever since we first put eyes on the prototype 790 Adventure R, we knew that it would be our next conquest for perfection in the form of a KTM. Since this parallel-twin powered 790 Adventure is a new platform and all, we knew our customers would have questions, and we wanted to have the answers. So as soon as we took possession of our 2019 KTM 790 Adventure R we started tinkering, testing, and logging seat time.
For the first time, we will be documenting the entire process here in our Road to Dirt blog space. You can look forward to detailed descriptions of modifications, tweaks, and exploits along with instructional & product review videos.
