Dear Valued Customer,
On behalf of Team KTM Twins we would like to update our fans and customers of some challenges we recently confronted.
Our entire team was out sick the last 2 weeks causing delays for all. We apologize for the inconvenience and the inability to communicate with us.
We have many who have come back, and we are in the process of adding additional team members so that we can not only get the orders caught up, but to better service our customers moving forward.
We temporarily turned our phone system off so that we can tend to getting all the orders out the door first, so the only way to communicate with us is through our messaging system using our emails Info@KTMTwins.com or Orders@KTMTwins.com.
We have added additional staff to our customer service and are working on catching up all the questions everyone has regarding products and orders.
Once we get things caught up, we will go live again with our phone system.
We appreciate you support and patience and look forward to providing the service our customers and fans deserve.
Due to the Pandemic we have seen supply shortages and have increased our stocking levels to help counter the amount of backorders that have been occurring recently. We will continue to update our customers with arrival dates for those of you who have items on backorder so that you are thoroughly informed
