The item I purchased took way to long to arrive. A total of 17 days. I missed my appointment with the dealership to install because of this timely shipping process. In this day and age with companies shipping product door to door within 2 to 3 business days, 17 days is totally unacceptable. Further more when I emailed about the delay i didn't get a response till after the product shipped which was 9 days after the order was received. Communication is key and if this was a item that is known to take a while to ship then it should be posted before you purchase. If there any delays that should also be communicated with the consumer. This is 2020, there is a lot of competition out there so you should be on top your game at all times. Please do better!
