Wings doesn’t shrink from the effort of experimenting over and over again to find the perfect sound. Exclusive is an inner tube with rhomboidal holes instead of the commonly used round ones. Wings also improved the hybrid damping wool composition - the most advanced on the market - through a process of research and on-going testing. 

WINGS turns noise into sound by filtering out unpleasant high frequencies so that only deep tones can be heard. Only WINGS have two different sizes of dB-killers included (one louder and one quieter). 

Silencers are supplied with large dB-killers already installed. Smaller (quieter) dB-killers are included in the box. 

With WINGS silencers you get it all - improved low-end torque, a significant weight reduction (up to 65%), much lower silencer surface temperature and an awesome sound. 

Built from high quality Titanium with Carbon Fiber End Cap 

Titanium exhaust system for KTM 690 ENDURO R and KTM 690 SMC R includes:

• titanium slip-on exhaust with a real carbon fibre end cap
• link pipe with special WINGS clamps
• 2 removable dB-killers with integrated USFS approved spark arresters (the louder dB-killer is installed, the quieter dB-killer is in the box).
• all hardware needed for installation.

WINGS exhaust for KTM 690 ENDURO/R is “plug and play”. No remapping is needed, either with a louder or quieter dB-killer installed (tested on a bike with no modification other than WINGS exhaust). Please be advised that without the dB-killer installed, the 690 engine is running lean (hot).
