United StatesProduct was just as I expected since they serve as a middleman supplier. What I didn't expect was for it to take 10 days for my order to be filled and another 10 days to receive. I was told it was because of the holidays. My order was placed on Dec 18th, 1 week before Christmas. I had to purchase the items locally while I waited 20 days to receive my items from KTM. I am a sole proprietor and understand things happen, but I did not even receive any offer of consideration or a gesture for a future credit from KTM for the 20 day inconvenience. I even searched for a phone number so I could actually speak with someone live, but no luck finding a contact number. Wow, never expected this!
