The product I ordered came with poor quality and quite frankly, faulty hardware. Two of the four bolts (never even had the chance to try the second two) were either the wrong size for the nuts, or, had burrs on the threads. When I tightened the nut, the nut stopped several turns in and wouldn’t back out or tighten any further. One bolt snapped due to this. When I emailed customer service, I was told that other similar packages looked good (as if she opened them and attempted to tighten the bolts, yeah right), ridiculous. I was told a quick fix is to the visit the hardware store. Sure, of course I can do that, but what does that say about your product or your remedy to the customers problem??? You place the burden on the customer and effectively offer no solution that either; A. Doesn’t inconvenience me, or, B. Compensate me for the trouble. I am more than disappointed and will be sure to share my experience with everybody in the motocross world.
