Expensive, but neat.
Looks great and does the job. Definitely a luxury item, and should come with blinkers at this price point to really make the value. If you’re using any other tail accessories (luggage rack, handles, etc), plan to do some modification. I had to build some pretty robust bushings to support my luggage rack due to the thickness of the part. Looks great though and I’d definitely buy it again.
It was really good. Instructions were clear enough for me to figure out. Build quality is great. I must have looked at every fender eliminator made for the 690 Enduro and even bought one off eBay and returned it. This is clean enough for me and gives you alot of options for turn signals. I will look to r&g for tail tidy solutions on the next bike. Pretty stoked all together and it took a while to get here but Ktm twins did a nice job as far as price and availability of different parts.
It went right in fits perfect, and you can use the stock turn signals if you want. This is a high quality strong product. Pay no attention to bad reviews great product.
Worst after market product I've ever purchased
In over fifty years of owning and fixing up bikes this is the worst purchase I have ever made. First, I believe the picture and description misrepresent this product (it only includes a license plate bracket and a tail light in a separate package that must be modified to work with the bracket). Second, for what one gets it is, in my opinion, way over-priced. Third, if one uses the OEM KTM turn signals the holes that confirm position of the turn signals aren't correctly placed, requiring the holes be elongated with a file or dremel tool. Fourth, the included tail light mounting studs must be cut-off by the installer. Fifth, the old wiring harness must be cut and instead of providing a secure snap together wire fittings. Sixth, when installed the tail light has a downward tilt giving the appearance that the bracket has been bent. Overall, I think this product is over-priced for what one gets and a disclaimer should be made that the mini-turn signals are not part of what one is purchasing.
