The reason for my 3 star rating is for a previous order. I tried many times to contact KTM Twins to expedite my order. After several phone messages not returned, and emails not answered, someone finally answered the phone. We discussed the fee for next-day shipping. I agreed. When the package arrived several days later, the invoice was marked for next day shipment, but was delivered standard. I rely on my bike for daily transportation. I need a parts dealer I can equally rely on.
