Great idea, Poor experience. Upon installing the "clear" protection product I ran into a couple of issues. I have a 2013 990 "Baja" Adventure. Yes, the white one. The sticker application comes with a sticky mastic material that is a light purple hugh. It takes away from the white finish dramatically. Also the corners of the stickers for the main body of the fuel tank had curled back and taken a bend while the factory packaging. The mastic at the leading edged would not stick in place. The first ride and It would have peeled off with wind or speed related air flow. I took off the first tank sticker and will be returning the product. I really would like to cover the finish on the Baja Model but this product is not the answer for me.
