I ordered an oil change kit for my 1290 SA. After 3 weeks and no show, I contacted customer service. Was told it was lost in transit even though I never got a shipment notification or tracking number which thay always provided in the past. After several emails with no response, I finally called and left a message with Jerome, that I was contacting my credit card company. ONE WEEK LATER, I received shipment notification and tracking number. Five weeks after ordering. I've purchased tons of stuff from them in that past but no more. Plenty of places out there with much better service and integrity.
